Standard appointments cancelled /rescheduled within 24 hours of their scheduled time will incur a late cancel fee. Extensive appointments (sessions scheduled for 2+ hours) cancelled inside of the 3 day (72 Hr) cancellation window will incur a late cancel fee. The fee is 50% of the total expected service(s) and will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations/reschedules made the day of an appointment are subject to full payment for the missed appointment. If you are presenting signs of a cold, sinus infection and/or a viral illness you’ll have to reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made due to illness are not subject to a late cancel fee however the deposit holding the appt are nonrefundable and nontransferable. For details related to reschedules/cancellations due to an illness please follow the link below and see the section titled “Illnesses and Emergencies”. ****Coloring, lightening, smoothing and/or extensive appointments lasting 2 hours or more are to be canceled or rescheduled 5days or more prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
