Standard appointments cancelled /rescheduled within 72 hours of their scheduled time will incur a late cancel fee. Extensive appointments (sessions scheduled for 2+ hours) cancelled inside of the 7 day cancellation window will incur a late cancel fee. The fee is 50% of the total expected service(s) and will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations/reschedules made the day of an appointment are subject to full payment for the missed appointment. If you are presenting signs of a cold, sinus infection and/or a viral illness you’ll have to reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made due to illness less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time will result in a late cancel fee. For details related to reschedules/cancellations due to an illness please follow the link below and see the section titled “Illnesses and Emergencies”. ****Coloring, lightening, smoothing and/or extensive appointments lasting 2 1/2 hours or more are to be canceled or rescheduled 7 days or more prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Appointment cancellations/reschedules cannot be made by email or instant messaging. Please contact me by phone during salon hours to make changes if you’ve missed your cancellation window. *Effective January 2023 Changes, such as reschedules and cancellations, made to sessions held (scheduled for) 5 or more days may be subject to a 50% late cancellation fee when cancelled/rescheduled OR a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the next requested session.
